GZ1000-B automatic filling machine is able to realize the automation of forklift IBC upload, manual cap loosening,auto positioning, auto quantitative filling,automatic switching of filling nozzle according to setting of the PLC and automatically IBC outfeeding. The empty IBC are placed on the conveyor before filling, multi filling nozzles(four),,equipment base, driven conveyor, ex-proof motor and air extraction equipment are optional.The filling line is equipped with long driven roller convy, an operator platform, and full hermetic SS304 filling room.
